A few weeks ago we showed you the postcards that we made for the Great Big Stitched Postcard Swap. If you missed it, you can see the postcard Jan made here and Melinda’s here. Jan’s card went to New Zealand and Melinda’s to the west coast here in the USA. This past week we each received a card from our swap partners. It is fun to see the creative ideas that others come up.

The postcard Melinda received from Lauren has a paper background and French knots are sewn in the center of each diamond. The flower is a kanzashi fabric flower with a button center.The postcard Jan received from Katie has a sweet little printed bird sitting on a stitched line. Also included were a couple of little gift hangtags with birds stamped on them. Please check out Katie’s Etsy store where she sells prints inspired by nature in her backyard, and read her blog.
